About me
I support people in developing a calmer, more trusting relationship with their digestion, their bodies, and food - using a compassionate, holistic approach.
My Experience
Hi I’m Tasha! I support people living with IBS, digestive symptoms, and food-related anxiety using a holistic, gut–brain approach that goes beyond restrictive diets.
My work focuses on the connection between digestion, the nervous system, and our relationship with food - helping people feel calmer, more supported, and more at ease in their bodies.
I worked for over eight years within healthcare settings, including the NHS, as a specialist gastroenterology dietitian. During this time, I’ve helped hundreds of people with gut-related concerns.
Through both professional and my own lived experience of IBS, I realised that dietary advice alone was often not enough to create lasting change.
This led me to expand my training into mindful eating, cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy, yoga, and nervous-system-informed approaches. These additional skills helped to manage my own symptoms, increase my energy levels and improve my relationship with food. Today, I gently integrate these methods to offer a holistic, personalised approach that goes beyond rigid food rules.
I believe meaningful change happens when people feel listened to and supported, not rushed or overwhelmed. My aim is to help you make sense of your symptoms and reconnect with your body in a way that feels empowering.
