Mindful Eating Support

Want to improve your relationship with food and your body?

Mindful eating support is about developing a kinder, more compassionate relationship with food and your body. It can be particularly helpful if you experience food anxiety, digestive discomfort linked to stress (such as IBS), or a sense of disconnection from your body’s signals, which can sometimes show up as overwhelming cravings, emotional or binge eating.

My approach draws on my background in psychology, alongside my experience as an NHS dietitian, CBT hypnotherapist, yoga teacher, mindful eating and Reiki practitioner. I gently weave these therapeutic tools together in a holistic & personalised way, to support your digestion, nervous system and overall wellbeing.

Who is this for?

This support may be a good fit if you:

  • Feel anxious, stuck, or disconnected around food

  • Struggle with digestive symptoms linked to stress (such as IBS)

  • Want to rebuild trust in your body’s hunger, fullness, and needs

  • Are tired of diets, rules, or constantly “fixing” yourself

  • Would benefit from slower, personalised support

  • Initial 90-minute session to explore your history, goals, and needs

  • 7 × 60-minute 1:1 sessions over approximately 8 weeks

  • Personalised practices and reflections tailored to you

  • 8 guided hypnotherapy or meditation recordings to support integration between sessions

This 6-week small-group programme offers a gentle, structured introduction to mindful eating, supporting you to develop a calmer, more trusting relationship with food and your body.

Each session builds on the last, combining guided practices, reflection, and shared learning. This programme is designed to be spacious and accessible, allowing insight and integration. This is a closed group that moves through the journey together, helping build safety, continuity, and trust.

Other Support

Nutrition Support - As a Specialist Gastroenterology Dietitian, I can support with other complex gastrointestinal disorders such as Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, diverticular disease, coeliac disease, liver disease, bile acid malabsorption and pancreatic disease. I also have experience working with a wide range of other health conditions so please reach out if you feel I may be able to help you.

CBT Hypnotherapy - As a CBT Hypnotherapist, I can also support you with any anxiety related issues or phobias. CBT is the gold standard therapy for anxiety, and combined with mindfulness and hypnotherapy, my clients (and me myself!) have experienced life-changing results - I would love to help you, so please get in touch.

Reiki & Massage - I’m a firm believer in the power of complementary therapies. I trained in Reiki and Ayurveda Yoga Massage when I burnt out from working in the NHS, and discovered that as well as helping me recover, they also helped my IBS symptoms. If you’re interested in trying these alongside my support, please get in touch.
