This short guided practice is designed to help calm bloating, abdominal tension, and that “tight, stuck” feeling in the gut; it gently weaves together breath, soothing imagery, and supportive language to help the nervous system settle and the gut soften.
You’re always in control, and you can stop at any time. There’s nothing you need to do and you can’t get this wrong. You don’t need to concentrate hard, visualise perfectly, or force relaxation. Simply listening is enough.
How to use this practice:
Listen somewhere you feel safe, comfortable, and as free from distractions as possible. Many people find it helpful to return to this recording regularly, especially during periods of increased stress or digestive sensitivity.
