Ongoing support for persistent IBS or gut symptoms

This is a supportive 6-week programme for people struggling with persistent IBS or digestive symptoms who feel they need more consistent guidance and deeper support.

Over six weeks, we work with both the digestive system and nervous system to help reduce gut sensitivity, improve confidence around food and symptoms, and create sustainable, realistic change.

This programme integrates:

  • Specialist dietary & lifestyle guidance to support long-term gut health

  • Gut-directed hypnotherapy to calm the gut-brain axis and reduce gut-sensitivity

  • CBT-informed approaches to address symptom anxiety, food fears, insomnia, or relevant behavioural habits e.g alcohol, nicotine, binge-eating etc.

  • Mindful Eating Practices to help improve digestion, and connect to our body

  • Breathwork and Somatic Practices to help regulate nervous system

What’s included:

  • 1 x 90-minute initial consultation

  • 5 × 60-minute follow-up sessions

  • Email support between sessions, for questions and guidance

  • practical tools to regulate your nervous system and reduce symptom flare-ups
