My approach is holistic, compassionate, and personalised, drawing on my specialist experience as an NHS Gastroenterology Dietitian alongside training in CBT hypnotherapy, yoga, and mindful eating. These tools are gently woven together to support digestion, regulate the nervous system, and help you feel calmer, more confident, and more in control of your symptoms - whether you’re newly diagnosed or you feel like you’ve tried everything.

This 90 minute one-off session offers a thorough, supportive starting point if you’re feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to begin. It provides clarity around your symptoms and a clear, compassionate plan forward - without committing to a longer programme.

IBS & Gut Brain Support Programme

This longer-term support is designed for those who want deeper, more sustained change, particularly when IBS symptoms are influenced by stress, anxiety, or long-standing gut sensitivity. Rather than focusing on one single approach, this programme allows us to work flexibly with both your digestive system and nervous system over time. Where helpful and appropriate, I may draw on structured dietary frameworks such as the Low FODMAP diet. These are used thoughtfully and flexibly, with care taken to minimise restriction and reduce the risk of food anxiety.

What’s Included?

  • Regular 1:1 sessions over 4 or 8 weeks

  • Personalised support drawing on:

    • Gut-directed hypnotherapy to calm the gut–brain axis

    • CBT-informed tools for symptom anxiety, food fears, pain, or sleep difficulties

    • nutrition and dietary guidance (as appropriate)

    • mindful eating and body awareness

    • nervous system regulation and stress support

  • Tailored hypnotherapy or guided relaxation recordings between sessions

  • Ongoing adjustment as your symptoms respond and change
